An anonymous tip points their attention to the newly built prison, Gaudehøj. Using a mole to get inside, they discover that a group of inmates are kept prisoners in a secret ward under circumstances that strongly conflict with basic human rights. As they close in on who is responsible, they must all face the consequences of disclosing the truth.
