Ploddy the Police Car is assigned to guard the biggest attraction in a brand new Eagle Park in the far North of Norway; an endangered eagle mother and her egg. However, when two female thieves steal the eagle mother and Pelle ends up hatching the egg under his hood, he gets a lot busier than planned.
