LOVE AND LEMONS will screen in the Culinary Zinema Section.
Based on the bestselling book by author Kajsa Ingemarsson and directed by Teresa Fabik LOVE AND LEMONS is a romantic comedy about love, friendship and the courage it takes to follow your dreams.
Agnes is a chef and loves cooking. She has a good job, a boyfriend who loves her and a best friend who is always there for her. One day she gets fired from her job and dumped by her boyfriend. When a friend asks Agnes if she would like to be part owner in a new restaurant, she accepts. But as the customers fail to appear, Agnes must risk everything to find success in both career and romance.
LOVE AND LEMONS is Teresa Fabik´s third feature film following the successful films THE KETCHUP EFFECT (2004) and STARRING MAJA (2009).
LOVE AND LEMONS is produced by Pontus Sjöman for Tre Vänner Produktion AB, in co-production with Film I Väst, SVT and Nordisk Film, with support from The Swedish Film Institute and in association with CMore.
The 61st San Sebastian International Film Festival will take place from September 20th-28th 2013.
