The Wagner/Cuban Company's Magnolia Pictures has acquired North American rights to HAPPY, HAPPY, the Norwegian comedy-drama and feature film debut of Anne Sewitsky, who won the World Cinema Grand Jury prize at this year's Sundance Film Festival. The deal was done by Magnolia SVP Tom Quinn with VP of Acquisitions Dori Begley. Magnolia is planning for a theatrical release this summer.
